College graduates are the valuable resources of our country, the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. Whether they can be employed successfully, it affects the development of the whole universities, the stability of the society and the development of China's economy. Under market economy, in order to fit the need of social development, all the universities expand the scale of enrolling new students and college graduates' population is increasing year by year. But the jobs which are needed by the society don't correspondingly increase. At the same time, there are some other factors. The problem of employment for college graduates increasingly becomes a social issues and difficult problems. It brings a series of new challenges to college employment guidance work. College employment guidance work is linked with training, human resource use, the construction and development of the national economy and social stability. At present, the employment rate has become important parameters to measure the universities whether adapt the demand for human resources in a market of the allocation. In this new situation, employment guidance work has been highlighted to an important position. Viewing from the current surveys to reflect the universities, a considerable part of the students express dissatisfaction to the work of employment guidance, which is an urgent issue which is needed to be resolved. So, based on the low employment rate for college graduates and the existing problems of employment guidance work, it causes the author to guide the employment of college graduates job satisfaction survey of the status. This thesis sets China West Normal University as an example, through investigation, obtain information during the investigation of the employment guidance with regard to job satisfaction problems, and explore its impact on employment guidance satisfaction of all possible factors, thereby improve the employment of college graduates develop guidance job satisfaction strategy, in order to promote the work of the collegiate employment guidance smoothly, and ultimately for the sustainable development of universities to provide strong protection. This thesis has four parts:1. Expound the major issues, the definition of the core concept, and the status of research, the main ideas and research methods.2. Investigate and analyze the current status of the college graduates employment guidance work satisfaction. Through the questionnaires and surveys to investigate the status, use statistics to process and analysis the information.3. Analyze the problems and the causes of college employment guidance satisfaction. After dealing with the information, sum up the existing problems of the employment of college graduates guidance satisfaction. Based on the way of survey and literature retrieval of relevant information, analyze three reasons: namely, schools, society and individuals.4. Propose an effective response of raising the college graduates employment guidance work satisfaction. Under the perspective of exploration and development, search for the causes of leading to the college graduates employment guidance work, find out the intrinsic link and identify its regularity, and explore a new guidance to promote an effective countermeasure of college graduates employment guidance satisfaction.
