These are some trouble in the College sports option class teaching process, Because of the individual difference of students in sports teaching How to face all the students in college public physical education teaching, embodies the teaching principle of "taking the students as the main body, for all students", according to the implementation of effective teaching methods and teaching mode of the individual difference of students, so that every student can complete the learning goals and the task is a bottleneck that perplexes College Physical Education teaching.
