| Basketball is one of the most popular sports at present,which is deeply loved by college students.Basketball elective course has also become the main course of physical education colleges and universities.The teaching reform of basketball course has always been the focus of experimental research.In the course of basketball elective teaching,students come from all over the country,their growth environment,personality differences,physical fitness and sports ability are different.Therefore,in the course of teaching,but should follow the law of students’ physical and mental personality development and teach students according to their aptitude.The main purpose of this paper is to compare the teaching experiments,analyze the feasibility of stratified teaching in basketball elective courses,and summarize the experimental data.This paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics to carry out related research.Firstly,the teaching mode of stratified teaching method is summarized and the relevant theoretical basis is summarized,and then the design scheme of experiment is constructed.Based on the relevant data obtained before and after the experiment,the SPSS19.0 software is used to analyze the obtained data,and the teaching effect of stratified teaching method on basketball elective course in physical education colleges is tested.The following conclusions were drawn from the experimental study:(1)Stratified teaching method has no great influence on students’ physical basic condition and physical quality.After the experiment,the basic physical condition of the students in the two classes did not change,and the physical quality was improved to a certain extent,but there was no significant difference in the contrast(P>0.05).It shows that stratified teaching method has no great influence on students ’physical basic condition and physical quality.(2)Stratified teaching method is helpful to improve students’ special technical level of basketball.After the experiment,the test results of basketball special skills in the experimental class were more obvious than those in the control class,with significant difference(p<0.05).It shows that stratified teaching method is more helpful to improve students’ basketball special skills than traditional teaching method.(3)Stratified teaching method is helpful to improve students’ basketball score.After the experiment,there was no significant difference between the control class and the other four items.The experimental class had significant difference in the post-experimental scoring test.Compared with the control class,the score of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class(p<0.05).It shows that stratified teaching method is helpful to improve students’ basketball score.(4)Stratified teaching method is helpful to improve students’ attitude towards physical exercise.There was no significant difference between the control classes before and after the experiment.There was no significant difference between the control class and the experimental class(P>0.05)and the rest(P<0.05),so the attitude of physical exercise in the experimental class was better than that in the control class.It shows that stratified teaching method is helpful to improve students’ physical exercise attitude. |
