Tokyo University of Education is the "base" of normal education,the change of its history, reflects the Japanese trajectory of normal education.In this paper,through literature method and historical method, review the development history of education department of Tokyo University of Education,in-depth analysis of features of its development, aimed at some enlightenment to the reform of contemporary education division to our country. Specifically, this article mainly from the following several aspects to study:The first, the change of education department of Tokyo University of Education. From 1929 to 1978 the development of half a century, education department of Tokyo University of Education has experienced the start-up, development, merge three stages.
