| With the rapid development of Internet technology, the learning time in the fragment of the use of mobile devices has become an indispensable part of people’s daily life. Compared with the fragmentation of learning style, the global learning has gradually cannot meet the demands of the people, but the traditional enterprise training course is still stuck in the past whole learning age. This method of learning is not only focus lots of time to learn, but learning time is limited, enterprises began to explore online learning to solve this problem, but often find exquisite courseware by the company purchasing cannot meet with business department, and the internal traditional training curriculum moved to the line and cannot attract trainees to watch. In order to solve the problem of the enterprise, the enterprise training curriculum is converted into the micro course form which is shorter and focused, therefore micro courses combining with flipped classroom applying to enterprise training. But how to convert traditional training curriculum to micro courses, the author confirmed the research topics and carried out the following research.First of all, this paper arranged and analyzed about fragmentation of learning and micro course of the related literature at domestic and abroad, then summaring.the current research situation of foreign and domestic.At the same time, Researching domestic traditional training curriculums converts into micro curriculum transformation model, and analyzing all types of enterprise’ knowledge points of micro course form, and summarizing the various of methods of designing and making micro courses.Then, it conducted an investigation of feedback during before and after the implementation of the project, making micro course combined with learners ‘habits and above principles, it also deserve practical verification.Finally, the study summed up the achievements and contributions and put forward the problems in the study and the direction for further research. Moreover, I make some suggestions for the later research. |
