TED-learning model is based on communicative spirit of technology, entertainment and design and on the basis of communicative way of modern media. Since 2006, TED has become the focus in the field of global OER with its unique model of development in a very short period. At the same time, Micro-course has become the rage of the new teaching aids with the highly expressive characteristics of dapper, flexibility and knowledge of the complexity. Combined with the advantage of the powerful TED spread ideas and fine living micro-short course, this study intends to solve the problems practitioners' university courses face. This study takes a typical university practice course- "Photography" as an example to do detail design and application about depth control and photographic composition in this course. The main results of the research covers the following items:First, TED-learning model is combined with micro TED courses. Through preliminary analysis of the course, we know that the concept of shared learning and spread the spirit of TED learning mode is congruent with contemporary learner's learning style, which penetrates into the micro course CKS to meet the learning needs of learners. Second, it is the construction and maintenance of the micro-channel public platform. Development of micro-era makes micro-channel public number become a versatile, ultra-convenient information dissemination platform. Request for the establishment is to register and open on the micro-channel public platform. Based on the course and the needs of learners, it arranges the basic functions and interface platforms. Third, it is the design and application of micro TED learning courses. According to the knowledge of the teaching curriculum and objective selection of resource materials, it uses Camtasia Studio screen recording software and other tools to create micro course. After post-processing, the micro course is uploaded to the micro-channel public platform and promptly pushed to the subscription number of every learner so that learners can learn something by watching it for free. Fourth, it is the effect of the application and evaluation of micro TED learning courses. The the experimental group who uses micro TED learning courses and the control group who doesn't use it were compared. The results showed: the average score in the experimental group was 7.66 points more than that of the control group; the lowest score in the experimental group was 71 and the highest score was 96 respectively, which was 11 points and 4 points higher than that of the control group; the standard deviation of the experimental group was 4.84 while the standard deviation in the control group was 7.99, which indicated that the differences in the performance of students in the experimental group are small and balanced and that the mastery of knowledge as a whole was better than the control group. With the interview of students of the experimental group after the experiment,it found that students generally preferred this teaching mode and expected to change other courses. Finally, this study analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of this application in practice university courses based on micro-course patterns TED learning and provided feasible suggestions for the implementation of the policy and for the reform and development of other practice courses teaching mode.
