The main shape is only just beginning in higher education and even education research, knowledge, experience and research has yet to be an in-depth development, preliminary thinking and in-depth theory needed further study of the educational process, an abstract of a large number of facts, clues to try to contact between the phenomenon and theories. Efforts from the general direction of thinking of the five dimensions of higher education teaching the main shape associated factors:the quality of the effective transmission to match the performance of the academic intellectual differences, self-fashioning and external evaluation, the order acceptance and participation in development, empowerment or ex-the nature of the educational process and means of selection. Specific discussion of details of the concept through a series can be broken down more than five dimensions and abstract process to try to reproduce the main shape the practice of ecological integrity of higher education teaching. Senior empowerment must establish in the foundation of basic empowerment, namely the transfer of the main body of the college students. The significance of empowerment is to make knowledge transfer process and the subjectivity transfer process into one process and enhance the sense of the value and efficacy of the individual study and practice. Ultimately through the efforts of generation after generation of teachers and students through the mechanism of the main shaping process, make the self shaping dynamic field and external evaluation of the implementation of standards correctly interaction. Promote the experience of the endogenous and prosperity of reasonable order. Build reasonable education teaching program, and the realization of the individual is order acceptance and successful participation in organization development.
