People-oriented And Innovation In Higher Education The Main Shape

With the advent of the new century, we started facing the new challenge in the knowledge economy, the new request in building the well-to-do society and the new situation of self-developing and self-reforming in the field of higher education in our nation. The problem of being creative becomes so obvious in this field, which makes us think about it totally and study it carefully. As a scientific, educational and philosophical idea, "Human being-in-itself' offers' mighty and internal power to the innovation of higher education. By performing the theory of "Human being-in-itself in higher educational innovation, we've got the new theoretical growth in the educational philosophy and new ideas for innovation and development of higher education. The collegian, the teacher and the president in the university are the body of higher education innovation and do the major practical jobs. Their innovative mind, innovative thought, innovative feeling, innovative ability would affect the innovation directly, which leads to the topic of this thesis.According to the requirement to the body of higher education by the innovation, the thesis analyzes and discusses the fostering and shaping of the body of higher education, on the basis of explaining the philosophical meaning of "Human being-in-itself. The author think we should change our ideas, perform the theory of "Human being-in-itself in all aspects ofhigher educational innovation, develop good environment for the higher education innovation, reform the unscientific system, methods and ways of education to force the new type of creative collegian, teacher and president to appear and grow up rapidly.This thesis attempted to break through in two aspects. Methodiy, I studied the higher education innovation by the theory of "the people" and merged the theory of "Human being-in-itself with the high education innovation. Contently, I analyzed the body of the higher education innovation totally to compensate the present research which only concentrates on system, curriculum and content.
