Study On Features Of The Urban System Structure And Development Of Urbanization In Anyue County,Sichuan Province

The urban system’s rating scale,functions and spatial structure reasonable or not has an important influence on the development of the social economy in the region. This paper degree in Anyue County,Sichuan Province in economically underdeveloped areas,selected 39 townships for the study in 69 townships,according to nearly the past 5 years(2008-2012) statistics,selected nine socio-economic indicators, calculate the comprehensive strength of the township using principal component analysis, and the 39 townships divided into four types of zones. According to calculate urban primacy index and Zipf formula research the urban rating scale structure and dynamic changes. Qualitative discuss of the structure of urban functions;using gravity model to analysis of urban space structure of the county;Finally, using the Logistic regression methods to predict the level of development of the future population and urbanization, then put forward the appropriate program and countermeasures of urban system optimization.Through the research on features of the urban system structure and development of urbanization in Anyue County,Sichuan Province,received the following conclusions:(1) The 39 township presence large differences in terms of comprehensive strength, the comprehensive strength score of the ranked first township Yueyang is about 4.64 times of the ranked second township shiyang. Using Zipf formula fractal research the urban rating scale structure, the fractal dimension D in past 5 years(2008-2012) were more than 1, showing the trend to 1. This illustrate the county towns rating scale distribution concentration of power is greater than the decentralized power, the number of intermediate sequence urbanm is bit mare.(3)Urban functional type of Anyue 39 townships can be divided into integrated, transportation type, travel type, culture type and bazaars type and other 5 types. Urban functional structure is single, exists functional remodeling phenomenon; the division of functions and positioning is less clear, there is no dominant urban functions.(4) The gravity value of center town Yueyang to other townships were below 1, where the biggest attraction of the Shiqiaopu about 0.608, the value of most of the towns is 0.1 or less, indicating that the gravitational influence is limited by transportation distance. The gravity value of Sub-central town Shiyang and Longtai to other townships were below 0.01, the driving force for other townsips is small. The county town of regional distribution is uneven, presented "single core" structural model, and has weak transverse economic ties, the spatial distribution large affected by transportation,and resource distribution.(5) The total population predictive value of Anyue in 2020 is 168.31 million, 2025 is 173.24 million, the urbanization rate predictive value of 52.77% in 2020, 2025 is 66.62%, the level of urbanization at an average annual rate of 2.77%. According to the research, this paper put forward the appropriate program of urban system optimization,and gradually form four times urban development model of the center town, sub- center town, the area center town and the general towns, and further optimize the urban functions, forming "one core seven point four axis" of development pattern of spatial structure.
