Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of Higher Vocational Education In Anhui Province

Higher vocational education is an important type of high education system of China. The government of China strongly advocated the development of higher vocational education and the development of the relevant policy support. Accompanied by such a good opportunity, vocational education of Anhui Province have developed rapidly. With the changes in the socio-economic development and the demand for talent popularization, there still some problems in Anhui Vocational education process. The article concerns these problems, uses the literature and case study analysis to find the causes of these problems and try to solve them.This article is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction section of describing the background and significance and introducing the development of the theory of vocational education in the country; the second part is the definition of higher vocational education concepts, introduction of human resources and human capital theory; the third part describes the development of higher vocational education in Anhui Province, the policies proposed by government and achievement; the fourth part introduces the reasons of these problems in the development of Anhui Vocational Education,include the government and society haven’t pay attention to it; investment is not enough to develop vocational education; the shortage of teachers; students crisis and low level of employment issues; Section V introduces some good experience of Development in Germany, Singapore and Australia; In sixth parts, with advanced practices and propose a solution to the specific circumstances of Anhui, the first is to raise public awareness of the significance of higher vocational education, then help vocational colleges to increase economic investment, the third is to raise the level of vocational colleges teacher team, and then proposes some solutions to student crisis and low employment levels.
