Since2010since the country put forward "the cultivation plan" project, heldmany teachers’ education training activities in xinjiang, these activities to enrich thecontent of the training, and achieved some results, got trained students and socialconsensus, this article is around real achievement, teacher training content to comb,found that some of the deficiencies, and to improve these weaknesses."Countriesculture plan" from the macroscopic aspect, is a kind of specific teachers educationtraining, from microscopic, in-service teachers at home and abroad for vacation tosupplement and enrich myself in this aspect, also has a lot of research, this articlemainly from the selected topic theory basis and practical basis, this paper expoundsthe rationality of the teacher training content and research the importance ofit,improve the level of training content of the training in order to achieve theexpected goal.The thought personal character discipline teacher training contents of research,this article first from the countries culture program thought personal characterdiscipline study of teacher training and training, probes into the main aspect ofteachers’ training content and theory value. And the existing teacher training inxinjiang, studied the comb, enumerates the teachers’ training of general content andthe content of the ideological and moral training, and a statement, and have madeachievements are summarized, in combing study to the existing problems areanalyzed and summarized. Finally, from the teacher training in xinjiang area,because of the particularity of training object, the problems of teacher trainingcontent, put forward opinions and Suggestions and then on "the cultivation plan"moral character to improve teacher training content optimization, this is the maincontent of this article. Suggested that teacher training according to training student’sown characteristics and special situation of xinjiang to develop, and reference to thecurriculum standards and teaching theory to guide, so much can develop conforms tothe development of xinjiang and training teachers willing to accept the trainingcontent. Through this research, hoping to perfect the contents of teacher training, andpromote the development of teacher education and education in national regions,also want to give the countries culture program to provide some reference opinions.
