Home cooperation is an important part of the kindergarten management. good cooperation can promote new preschool teachers’ professional development, also promote children’s physical and mental development, also can improve the visibility of kindergarten. From the "Outline", we can also see the new preschool teacher professional expectations. It also demonstrated the importance of home cooperation. Teachers and parents are an important figure in early childhood development. Child care is a bridge of supporting teachers and parents cooperation. Therefore, teachers, parents and children of the three is mutual influence and mutual restriction, indivisible. The present study is the new point of view to study preschool teacher training before working with the staff homes ability to cooperate after.This article is divided into four chapters to discuss cooperation capacity training before working with the staff on the new kindergarten teachers after their homes. The first chapter is about the new kindergarten teachers should have the ability to cooperate homes. This chapter is the use of interviews to summarize the new home preschool teachers should have the ability to cooperate. The second chapter is about the current status of the new home of kindergarten teachers ability to cooperate. I learn by observing and interviewing new home preschool teacher collaboration capabilities to achieve the performance capability of the current status quo. Generally speaking, the status quo ability to cooperate to realize the extent of the new preschool teacher home relatively low. The third chapter is the analysis of the importance of early childhood teachers new homes collaboration capabilities. This chapter has learned the importance of cooperation in the new home preschool teacher capacity through questionnaires. The fourth chapter is about the home before the new preschool teacher collaboration capabilities rank and post- Training Strategy. I mainly take interviews, carried out some conclusions from the interview process.In this paper, the perspective of the new preschool teachers should have the ability to cooperate homes. Judging from the results of a new study of preschool teachers should have the ability to be: with parents communication skills, verbal and organizational skills, the ability to use technical terms, the ability to observe the child, the ability to deal with critical events, attention to individual differences in ability, the ability to interpret the type of parents, the ability to self-reflection, empathy, emotional self-control.
