The most ideal goal of Chinese education is to make students can be life-long self-directed learning activities, became a person with creative ability, when they without the guidance of the teacher. We look at the Chinese education witht hope, we wake up of the behavior that students are passive and indifferent to rely too much. Because of lack of passion in our life, Interior impetus is lack, this is the fundamental cause of bad autonomous learning. Psychological motivation mechanisms which carry forward the value of life need to be rebuilt. It can summon the awakening of consciousness, make life longing for knowledge,The premises of build interior impetus is inspire passion for the life to embrace the world, the purpose is that students can initiative study Chinese and feeling happy. Building on middle school students psychological development features and the law of development of life. For clue of knowledge input the brain- the brain integrated absorption-knowledge digestion-knowledge extraction, Research in interior impetus can be divided into four mechanisms. Respectively, Excitation mechanism: desires,needs, interests, attention, attribution and self-efficacy; Internalization mechanism: thought processing, perceptual processing, assimilation and adaptation; Maintaining mechanism, memory, imagination and construction; Using the mechanism: mastery, information extraction, creation. Stimulate learning motivation from the perspective of comprehensive. The power not only “have”, but also “enough”.Because of life is flexible, different from the machine. Students can’t use quantitative standard evaluate themself,We put forward the evaluation standard from the view of The microscopic view of students and The teacher’s monitoring. Autonomous learning should conform to the principle of initiative, independence and validity, students can self adjusting and self assessment whether inside or outside class. The teacher should understand students’ learning progress, and they can make timely inspiration in class, make the appropriate guidance after class.The clue of this article is :“What is autonomous learning ?- Why do students need to activate the inner motive power of autonomous learning mechanism?- What is the content of the evaluation standard?- What is the method of training?”then discussing from the view of Cognitive psychology.
