| Objective: To observe aerobic exercise combined with drug treatment programs for brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP) in rats with heart failure and hemodynamic effects.Methods: 70 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group(10)with the model group(60), model group were injected intraperitoneally with adriamycin seven weeks of modeling, 1.5 ml per week/kg×2, a total of 21mg/kg. After the modeling, were randomly divided into a model group,the Senate attached to the treatment group, the treatment group aerobic exercise, weight-bearing aerobic exercise therapy group, aerobic exercise combined with a combined treatment group participation, weight aerobic exercise joint participation with a combined treatment groups.Respectively with saline,Shenfu, aerobics, weight-bearing aerobic exercise, aerobic exercise combined with Shenfu, weight aerobic exercise intervention combined Shenfu four weeks. With the carotid artery approach, measuring LVSP, LVEDP, +dp/dtmax,-dp /dtmax and other hemodynamic parameters in rats was then abdominal aortic blood, extracted from the supernatant after centrifugation, by ELISA. detecting NT-pro BNP.Result: In LVSP, LVEDP, +dp/dtmax,-dp/dtmax, NT-pro BNP, a model group compared with sedentary control group had significant difference(P<0.01); shenfu treatment group, the treatment group aerobic exercise,weight has aerobic exercise therapy group, aerobics joint participation with a combined treatment group, weight aerobic exercise joint participation with a combined treatment group and a model group significant difference(P<0.01); aerobic exercise joint participationwith a combined treatment group and the senate treatment group, aerobic exercise therapy group was statistically significant(P<0.01);weight-bearing aerobic exercise combined with the senate and the senate combined group therapy group therapy weight-bearing aerobic exercise group was statistically significant(P<0.01); weight-bearing aerobic exercise joint participation with a combined treatment group and aerobic exercise joint participation with a combined treatment groups was statistically significant(P<0.01), described Shenfu, aerobics,weight-bearing aerobic exercise, aerobic Athletic Union Shenfu, weight aerobic exercise combined with Shenfu way for treatment of heart failure have a certain effect, and weight-bearing aerobic exercise program combined with Shenfu best.Conclusion: Aerobic exercise combined with Shenfu injection regimen can improve heart failure symptoms in rats, improve survival and quality of life, and weight-bearing aerobic exercise combined with Shenfu injection treatment is better than non-weight-bearing. Combination drug regimen movement can extend the life of rats with heart failure, reduce mortality and improve the function of heart failure, it is worth further research and extension. |
