Heart failure (HF, heart failure) is of various heart diseases lead to a kind of cardiacinsufficiency syndrome, the vast majority of cases refers to the myocardial contractionforce drops, the cardiac output can not meet the requirements of the body’s metabolism, organ, tissue blood perfusion is insufficient, at the same time the performance of thepulmonary and/or systemic blood clot. It occurs in a variety of terminal stage ofcardiovascular disease, is the clinical common critical disease. Along with the economicand social development and the ageing of the population, the morbidity and mortalityincreased gradually, has long been a health problem of hot spot of the scientificcommunity. Scientific research shows that aerobic exercise as a non-drug therapy forthe treatment of HF, because of its side effect is small, the long time effect, and isincreasingly valued by humans. This research USES the literature material method, experimental method andmathematical statistics and other research methods, through the HF echocardiographytest in rats, to explore the long-term aerobic exercise at the end of the left ventricularsystolic diameter of HF rats, end-diastolic diameter, shorten the scores, ejection fractionand the influence of exercise tolerance in rats, and to provide a theoretical basis forsports prevention of HF.Experimental method:(1) animal building (HF after ligation of coronary artery toestablish myocardial infarction model): buy8weeks of80grade clean male wistar rats,to adapt to the environment were randomly divided into his2weeks after myocardialinfarction group and the control group, the myocardial infarction group was left anteriordescending coronary artery ligation. The control group only line, not ligation.Echocardiography after4weeks postoperatively, with reference to the left ventricularejection fraction (LVEF) of45%or less for the HF model success.(2) sports loadexperiment (10weeks running aerobics): HF building is completed, the adaptability of3days training in rats, rats were the vo2max pace (MAV): to determine the initial speedof7m/min for incremental load treadmill exercise, every three minutes to increase therunning speed of5m/min, until exhausted, measured MAV control group of35m/min, myocardial infarction group of MAV is30m/min. Rats running speed2weeks before50℅MAV,8weeks after60℅MAV shall prevail. Therefore, Sham+group E2weeksbefore running speed of17m/min,8weeks after the running speed of21m/min; MI+group E2weeks before the running speed of15m/min,8weeks after running speed to18m/min.(3) to determine: heart weight (HW), body weight (BW), heart rate (HR), atthe end of the left ventricular systolic diameter (LVESD), left ventricular end-diastolicdiameter (LVEDD), shortening fraction (FS), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)and athletic burnout time, statistical analysis, and the index provide a basis for the paperwriting.Results:14weeks after surgery, compared with the Sham group, Sham+group E HW,HW/BW, LVESD, LVEDD were increased, HR is reduced, extended their exhaustion;MI group HW/BW, LVESD, increased LVEDD, HR, FS, reduced LVEF, burnout timereduced; Compared with MI group, MI+group E HW/BW, FS, LVEF increased, reduced LVESD, LVEDD and HR, burnout time extended. Conclusion: long-term aerobic exercise can improve the HF rats left ventricularmyocardial contraction and relaxation ability, shorten the scores, ejection fraction, prolonged exercise exhaustion, thus improving HF rats left cardiac structure andfunction and exercise tolerance ability was improved.
