The Survey On Living Condition Of Rural Kindergarten

Rural kindergarten condition affects the rural preschool education stakeholders, It is also affects the development of rural preschool children. In this thesis, Author was trying to investigate the state of a rural kindergarten, explore the factors which affecting rural kindergarten living condition. In this study, State of existence of rural kindergarten refers to the rural kindergarten’s physical resources, human resources and administrative operation state and Conservation Education quality status.In this investigate, researcher make a fieldwork of a rural kindergarten which lies in the ethnic areas. By using observation method and interview method, researcher get a lot of firsthand material. At the same time, researcher collect the voice of the various stakeholders, analyzed the factors affecting the kindergarten’s living condition and Put forward suggestions which may solve the rural kindergarten’s problems.This research mainly divided into five parts, the first part is introduction, mainly elaborated the research purpose of this research, the research significance, the research of the key concepts and literature review. The second part is the research methods and the research background, including the use of field research method, how to enter the study site and generalization of the research object. The third part is the main part of this study, the researcher presents the research object’s material, manpower, administrative and Conservation education in detail. In the fourth part, the researcher will be presenting the view about research object, mainly including kindergarten teachers, parents, host, principal and donors. The fifth is the researcher’s Suggestions and reflections, recommendations include: increase investment, based on local resources, communication, make the best of idle resources and increase human, strengthen the teacher training, perfecting the management system, etc.
