Second,by the questionnaire and individual interview, through the surveys of Anhui Agricultural University’students, master the current situation of the mobile phone Internet use.Finally, using the data analysis method,the purpose is through the phenomenon find the nature, probe into the influence of Internet on college students’interpersonal communication.After analysis,we can find that the mobile Internet on college students’ interpersonal communication has double effect,On the one hand, mobile phone network has become an important tool in college students’ interpersonal communication,enrich the communication way, inspire the communication initiative, promote the college students’ all-round development and self-awareness;But, on the other hand, the mobile phone network can make college students depend on it, reduce the college students’ initiative of real interpersonal communication, the trust crisis and other negative influence.According to the negative influences, with the "social-school-students" three-way unity of thinking,this paper will put forward some measures,such as sane the mobile phone network legal system,set up the network society moral construction.strengthen the management of the mobile phone network society;help the students enhance the self-discipline consciousness,widen the ways of ideological and political education, enrich the campus culture construction,pay attention to the college students’ psychological education and guidance, college students should know the mission and responsibility, correct understanding the mobile phone network and so on.
