Nowadays,with the rapid development of Internet and mobile communication technology,mobile media has gradually become an indispensable tool in people’s life and plays an important role in interpersonal communication.With the widespread popularization and use of mobile media in rural areas,people are enjoying the convenience brought by mobile media all the time and everywhere.The popularization of mobile media not only has a great impact on people’s interpersonal communication and life style,but also gradually changes the overall appearance of rural society.Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this study selected young people in Nukai Village of Southern Xinjiang as research objects.Based on the theory of "use and satisfaction" and the theory of "relationship communication",this study studied the use of mobile media by young people in Nukai Village and the reconstruction of their interpersonal communication.Firstly,this paper investigates the use of mobile media by young people in Nukai Village of Southern Xinjiang through questionnaire survey.The research results show that mobile media has achieved basic popularization in Nukai Village of Southern Xinjiang.Young people in this village use mobile media mainly for contact with others,access to information and entertainment,followed by electronic payment,learning new knowledge,attention to and participation in rural government affairs.The survey found that nearly half of young people spend more than three hours a day on mobile media,which has become an indispensable part of their daily lives.Secondly,this paper focuses on the analysis of the mobile media on the youth group’s interpersonal communication mode reconstruction phenomenon.The research finds that mobile media,as a modern communication tool,has brought great changes to the traditional interpersonal communication methods of young people,and has gradually reconstructed the communication objects,communication Spaces and communication relationships of young people.First,the popularity of mobile media has increasingly replaced the traditional communication mode of visiting,going to fairs and helping each other,introducing their offline interaction into the virtual environment.At the same time,it promotes the development of the communication objects of the youth groups from geography and blood relationship to the direction of industry.Second,mobile media has become a bond of emotional communication between parents and children,couples and relatives,increasingly enriching their emotional expression and emotional resonance.For example,many young people use SMS,We Chat and other functions of mobile phones to keep in touch with relatives and friends at any time and anywhere,exchange emotions with each other,enhance mutual understanding and emotional resonance,and promote the harmony within families and families.Third,the widespread popularity of mobile media reduces the frequency of face-to-face communication between neighbors,making them estranged from each other.Fourthly,openness and diversity,social participation increase,and at the same time,emotion and instrumentality become the new characteristics of young people’s interpersonal communication.Finally,on the basis of the above,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the use of mobile media by young people in Nukai Village of Southern Xinjiang and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the problems.
