Life is the premise of existence and development for the world that we are cognitive. As human beings, every existence of individual life of us is the basic principals for the continuation of human history. Life values education is education related to the life values, which is an education can improve the happiness of group and standardize the individual to pursuit of happiness. Attaching great importance to and strengthening the teenagers’ life values education is an urgent requirement to improve the quality of the whole nation and it is a necessary condition for physical and mental health and the overall development of youth. The ultimate goal of life value education is to make the youth set up the correct values of life, respect life, love life, cherish life and realize their life values. The generation of these problems is a result of many factors jointing together such as youth of their own, imbalance of family and school education and incorrect guidance of social public. In order to carry out the life values education among youth, first of all we should understand the content of the life values education, which contains the life consciousness, suffering consciousness, harmonious consciousness and the ultimate concern. Then we can achieve the goals of respecting for individual life, improving the quality of life and the pursuit of the ultimate of value. Second, we should adhere to the correct principles and adopt the scientific method. This paper emphasized five theories of education methods like the theory of infusion method, emotional experience method, psychological counseling method, model demonstration and self education method. The purpose for us to study the theory of youth life values education is that we want to carry out the life values education more scientifically and widely. Realizing the expected target of life values education needs teenagers themselves, school, family and the whole society to participate and cooperate with. Firstly, school should play the role of main channel; Secondly, we should enhance the influence of family education; Once again a good social environment should be created to form resultant force; Finally, we should strengthen self education of teenagers.
