Along with the increasing of people’s living standard and the continuous improvement of medical conditions, the elderly population increases year by year, an aging population growing, make good old problem solve the problem of old age in the top priority. Balance is an important physiological function of the body, not only plays a very important role in daily behavior, and it is in the sports one of the indispensable ability in the process of the completion of the project. The balance ability of old people is in the life quality of the elderly living independently and important factor. How to improve the balance of the elderly in function, improve the quality of people’s life, has become the national fitness program and social medical security system needs urgently to solve social problems. And reverse walk is a new type of fitness exercise, balance ability of the elderly has improved significantly. Through the experimental study on the slope reverse walk for the elderly fitness balance ability, the influence of using the basic testing methods:balance eye closure test stand on one foot, improved Romberg sign, eye closure marking time, balance board on writing test, and vertical X balance test was studied for the old people in the three groups respectively. And to take part in the experiment of the elderly for 4 months observation, to ensure the practice time, frequency, intensity of the subjects. Results showed that slope on fitness walking backward experimental group after tests found that the balance of each index before and after the experiment have significant difference (p< 0.01), the improved Romberg sign, eye closure on one foot, vertical X writing experimental results with the ground and no reverse walk fitness reverse compared group has significant difference; Walking on the comprehensive dynamic balance test the balance board and close the piaffe experimental data is not obvious difference compared with ground reverse go fitness, and compared with no reverse go group P< 0.05, with significant difference. Visible slope reverse go fitness exercise can effectively improve the elderly’s balance ability and slow down the decline of the function of the elderly balance, especially in the elderly especially improve the effect of the static balance ability, to prevent aging, disease, fall, and improve the life quality is important in the old man.
