With the development of society and economy, improve education concepts, perceptions of special education has also changed. Education original steering retarded mentally retarded can not be education, making a large number of researchers began to study the issue of education for children with intellectual disabilities. Children with intellectual disabilities in the physical, psychological and other defects are present, the slow pace of development bodily functions, intelligence level compared with normal children there are obvious gaps, emotional expression slow response, the vast majority of the existence of varying degrees of disability, language ability and recognition ability of known defects. Ability in everyday life, learning and communication there are some obstacles. As the physical and psychological characteristics of children with intellectual disabilities, compensatory and remedial education has become an important means to make up for the physical and mental defects in children with intellectual disabilities. Physical Education is a very viable means for children with intellectual disabilities and mental health rehabilitation, compensatory, best reflects the correction of sex education, special education is an important way of teaching. For mentally disabled children in a planned, targeted physical education, be able to develop their self-confidence and promote the effectiveness of their functional, emotional, intellectual and other aspects of development, is a dual role with education and treatment.This article focuses on the use for mentally retarded children " guided " method. " Guided " teaching is to induce the creation of learning environments by means of envisioning and goal setting, and guide the dysfunction of learning a variety of skills action interactive process. Action learning such skills by assisting force is not simply to make some kind of dysfunction completed action skills, but to interact through the dysfunction of intrinsic factors and the external environment. Depending on the particular educational goals, teachers design teaching activities, content to entertainment and fun mainly compensated through teaching, correcting defects in the role of physical and mental retarded children. In this paper, literature, interviews, teaching experiments, mathematical statistics and other methods of " guided " Teaching in Physical Education for analysis.
