Based On The Competency Model Of Sports Martial Arts Teaching Competency Research

The successful application of competency model in the field of human resources,has sparked a competency,and gradually penetrated into education field. In recent years,Chinese scholars began to study using the theory of competency model the problems existing in the education field,has obtained certain research results.Based on the existing research results,using the theory of competency model,and combined with the current martial arts teaching of middle school PE teachers’ work reality,USES the literature material law,questionnaire investigation, expert interview law,data statistics and logic analysis and other research methods,from the middle school PE teachers’ professional basis,professional ability and the intrinsic value from three aspects,the junior high school physical education teachers in changshu city research and analysis the present situation and problems of martial arts teaching competence,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The results show that most of changshu city junior high school physical education teachers in martial arts professional knowledge lacking,for some of the wushu basic terminology and fundamental theory of knowledge is not enough; Master the scientific and cultural knowledge,although can basically meet the martial arts teaching of daily work,but often cannot satisfy some strong curiosity and interest in a wide range of students’ requirements.For most of the physical education teachers are interested in Chinese traditional culture,but the understanding of Chinese traditional culture and to master is not comprehensive;Martial arts professional technology and practice level is lower,need to increase the intensity of training,in order to better improve the quality of martial arts class teaching.Degree to the operation of the computer information technology,such as not enough skilled, sensitivity to the new information and attention degree is relatively low, in terms of new information and expression is lacking.With more advanced education,conceptbut the transition of the practice and concept behind the shift; Professional ethics and education attitude remains to be further improved;The ability of teaching design present situation is not optimistic,the lack of the elaborate design of martial arts teaching;Sports scientific research innovation ability is low.The above problems,proposed the transformation education idea,deepen the martial arts professional knowledge and theory of learning.Take effective measures to improve the information literacy of middle school PE teachers.Strengthen the physical education teachers change the modernization of education concept,the transformation of ideas into practice.Strengthen the sports teachers’ professional ethics education.Extensively absorb the relevant professional knowledge,improve the teaching ability.The forefront of efforts to study this major theory, improve the scientific research ability,,etc.
