With the entry of western competitive sports,more and more people choose to learn foreign martial arts,and have an attitude of "no matter what" towards Chinese martial arts.The development of the new era attaches great importance to the promotion and inheritance of traditional culture and emphasizes cultural self-confidence and cultural power.Chinese martial arts,with a history of a thousand years,naturally also bear important responsibilities.However,the promotion and development of wushu cannot be separated from education,and education cannot be separated from teachers' chunchun instruction.In view of this,it is of vital importance to improve the teaching competence of primary school martial arts teachers.In order to establish the teaching competency model of primary school martial arts teachers,this study conducted a series of studies through literature review,behavioral event interview,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey and logical analysis.It mainly includes the following aspects:First,based on the competency theory,the author extracts the special words related to the competency of primary school martial arts teachers through reading the previous literature.Secondly,the interview results were summarized,sorted out,analyzed and coded through behavioral event interviews with 10 experts to extract the competent idiosyncratic words related to the teaching of martial arts teachers in primary schools.Meanwhile,the words collected from literature were merged to form exploratory questionnaires for issuance and recycling.Thirdly,the prepared exploratory questionnaire will be issued and recycled,the questionnaire data will be analyzed by exploratory factor,and the indicators will be obtained to form a validated questionnaire.Fourthly,By exploring the results of the mode factor analysis,the theoretical hypothesis model of "teaching competency of primary school martial arts teachers" was constructed,and the suitability of the hypothesis model and data was tested through the data analysis of the issuance and recovery of the verification questionnaire,so as to verify the model.Fifth,through the questionnaire,the author analyzes the competence level and characteristics of primary school martial arts teachers.Conclusion:1 by exploring factor analysis,the "teaching competency model of primary school martial arts teachers" constructed in this study has six dimensions.Including dimensions one professional quality,dimensions two personal characteristics,dimensions three charm,dimensions four solid knowledge,dimension five teaching philosophy,dimension six professional skills.2 validation factor analysis was used to construct the model and the six dimensions formed by exploring factor analysis were verified.The results showed that the structural equation model had a good fitting degree and the questionnaire had a good reliability and validity.3 further investigation on the teaching competency of primary school martial arts teachers reveals that there are certain differences in the teaching abilities of primary martial arts teachers in different ages,teaching ages,educational levels and majors.
