As the curriculum reform is gradually deepening of in our country, effective and high-quality teaching is more frequently mentioned by teachers and education researchers. Teaching efficiency is becoming the modern teaching goal. Because teaching needs interaction between teachers and students, the effective of teaching should be considered of two aspects of teachers and students. Students are the main body of the teaching, so it is the only way that the teachers device teaching plan from the perspective of students to achieve the high teaching efficiency. Taking the students as the main body in the research, it is vital to found out the difficult points of knowledge unit of students through the analysis of the students’ learning situation analysis, so as to designed a teaching plan from teacher and achieve efficient teaching.This paper based on the relevant situation of domestic and foreign with the theory of constructivism,proximal development theory, teaching process optimization theory and effective teaching theory to determine the contents using literature analysis method, experimental method and so on. The research contents include two aspects:1 how to apply the knowledge to stratification; 2 how to apply knowledge stratification to the classroom. Firstly, the reason analysis of contact of the content of teaching practice of high school biology and compulsory and elective content, the effect of junior high school biology knowledge, learning effect in high school biology curriculum standard (trial), the important knowledge in the college entrance examination is that the foundation of this research is to understand the level of new knowledge and the all aspects of the requirements. The teaching plan is designed by the paper preparation through various targets and the case of students from hierarchical knowledge. This research based on the students of the Guizhou province Xishui first middle school and the biological compulsory three of the fifth chapter analyzes the scores of students before and after the experiment. Using the SPSS software to analyze the result, T test shows that:the p value of class A1 and class A2 is larger than 0.05, and class B1 and class B2 P detection value is the same. That is to say there is no significant difference before the experiment in class A1,class A2 class, class B1 and class B2. However, T test shows that P values are less than 0.05 after the experiment in the class Al and class A2, classB1 and class B2.Moreover, the effect of class Al is more significant than class B1.This may due to the habit of learning, students of knowledge understanding ability and learning attitude.The study indicates that,1.The stratification of knowledge depends on the students’ specific facts. The difficulty in the content is the knowledge which students do not understand.2.The teaching design based on the students’ learning situation can promote students’ learning.The different levels of students, the effect are different.3. Teaching is the lifelong pursuit of the teaching career rather than a stage goal. The conclusion of the research put forward some suggestion on teaching:1.In the process of teaching, teachers should understand the students roundly from various aspects, and understand what is the students have known and what is the students have not known. Then teachers determine the teaching strategy, so that teaching time will be spent effectively.2.Teachers should cultivate students the habit of preview to let the students know the importance of preview.3.The teaching strategy is an important means of teaching efficiency for the ability of different students. Beside, different teaching strategies should be applied.The related research can offer reference for teachers’ teaching. At the same time,,teachers can also achieve some ideas in the process of thinking about how to change teaching strategy.
