The learning guide was a major breakthrough in the reform of the new curriculum of basic education,which produce and nationwide upsurge successfully broke the traditional model of classroom teaching.The application of learning guide has been widespread and happened in the high school biology classroom.Then whether in the practice of learning guide having problems and difficulties,and having what achievements and results,finally whether reaching the level of efficient classroom,are worthy of our attention and thinking.The purpose of this study was to understand the achievements and existing problems in the implementation process of learning guide through practice and investigation.The wonderful practice of learning guide in the emergence of high-quality biology learning guide cases were needed to be collected and shared to encourage teachers' innovative thinking.At the same time,experience and wisdom of teachers were extracted in curriculum reform so that the learning guide in the classroom could play a more important role in classroom,providing material for effective classroom teaching practice.In this study,the learning guide and flipped classroom were systematically understood through the literature method.Then it was focused on high school students and teachers group to make the investigation of the learning guide teaching by the way of literature,observation,interview,questionnaire investigation and so on.The research content was mainly divided into three parts: Firstly,collecting biology learning guide case information;Secondly,editing the learning guide and making teaching practice;Thirdly,after using the learning guide,the teachers and students were interviewed and investigated to statistic the feedback messages.The practice results showed that the use of learning guide to achieve efficient classroom was feasible.One reason was learning guide refining in the local;the second was learning guide teaching meeting the need of present education;the third was the learning guide teaching operating easily.But the class using learning guide was not equal to efficient classroom,and the quality of the learning guide had relationship with the classroom to be efficient.On the basis of practice and investigation,combined with literature,the study summed up the strategies to build efficient classroom based on the learning guide.On the one hand,in the preparation of the learning guide,the contents of the guide should be present step by step based on problems.Teachers should pay more attention to the effectiveness and timelines of materials in learning guide.The learning guide should provide a structured concept.On the other hand,from the learning guide teaching to the efficient classroom needed to grasp three aspects: First of all,"the right medicine" was the foothold of efficient classroom;Second,teachers and students progress together would be the key point of high efficient class;Third,the introspection after teaching was the only way to create an efficient classroom.Summing up the above,the application of learning guide of high school biology needed to be made more targeted and efficient in order to promote the construction and healthy development of high school biology efficient classroom.
