With the rapid development of information technology in the 21st century, the world entered the information age. The new era not only requires us to cultivate talent with a certain knowledge, but also the ability to acquire knowledge with the spirit of innovation. The traditional high school classes often teach IT skills for teaching objectives. Teachers first demonstrate methods of operation, let the students Imitate, and then students submit the task by setting up shared folders. Students passively receive knowledge, but lose interest for class. Students who are trained in this method can not effectively improve information literacy and innovation. What’s more, it is difficult for them to meet the challenges of the 21st century information society. Classroom teachers are eager to find a platform to facilitate the organization of the classroom, to help themselves to inspire students’learning initiative, and to improve the current classroom teaching.As an course management system, Moodle is popular around the world, which can flexibly allow users to add homework, test, discussion and webpage or other curricular activities and resources based on students need to realize the student-centered, teacher-led school model. As the reasons above, this study selected Moodle IT classroom as a support network platform to build IT courses to promote independent study high school classroom model and test the teaching effect. Thesis is divided into four parts:The first part is about the core concept and theoretical basis. Using independent learning and online teaching platform as the core concept, Chapter 2 discusses the origin and development of self-study, cites scholars connotation of self-study presentation and points out the significance of the high school IT disciplines independent study meaning. It describes the concept of network teaching platform, especially for functional Moodle online course platform and value. Chapter 2 also illustrates constructivism, cooperative learning and collaborative learning basic theory, humanism, etc.The second part is about high school independent study class IT Survey. Chapter 3 contains independent study course design school information questionnaire, collecting data and answer for analysis. I try to find out the students leaning habits and efficiency in the original teaching environment, assess students’ self-study ability and understand the expectations of the IT classroom from students. t is self-learning instructional design platform based on Moodle learning situation analysis done.The third part is about the teaching design based on Moodle platform to promote students information technology courses. In chapter 4, student-centered and teacher-led, enabling students to fully dominate independent learning time, pay attention to the design of learning environments, dynamic design emphasis on the teaching process. Evaluation is to push the tasks forward. Modern teaching theory, high school information technology courses and analysis of the results of the case study form teaching framework map together. Basic aspects of teaching can be divided into five steps:resource development, learning first, internalization, evaluation feedback and discussion summary. All sectors are dependent on Moodle learning platform so as to mobilize students to generate efficient autonomous learning classroom.The fourth part is the teaching practice based on Moodle learning platform in order to promote independent learning teaching effectiveness. Chapter 5, based teaching framework map, learning resources in Moodle platform configuration, adding teaching activities. I have organized teaching in the experimental class, reflected on evaluation, improved instructional design, adjusted the configuration web platform and done the next round Action Research. After three rounds of action research, by analyzing students learning status and homework in teaching case and with the help of self-study classroom model set on Moodle platform, students learn more actively and cooperate more than ever. Their ability to express and communicate is strengthened. The students become masters of the classroom and the sense of innovation is stimulated in a free and active learning environment. Through platform teachers can easily manage homework and operate self-assessment, peer assessment and other evaluation work and the platform not only enables teachers to monitor students’independent learning process, but also enables students to acquire the direction and motivation of continuous feedback from the information, so as to keep learning environment and to promote the effective conduct independent study.The conclusion is as follows:First, through independent study courses in high school IT survey I have found that:in the current IT classroom, most of the students prefer independent study, but lack using learning resources and self-monitoring ability. They use single-learning methods and don’t have discussion exchange platform. The evaluation is not timely and teaching goal hasn’t been realized.Second, through studying modern teaching theories and analyzing survey about self-learning in high school information technology courses and designing a teaching framework map based on the Moodle platform to promote self-learning in high school information technology courses.Third, through three rounds of action research, optimizing teaching design, improving the Moodle course platform configuration method, finding an effective means to encourage students’ independent learning in information technology courses via Moodle network learning platform.
