In orderto make students better adapt to the environment of the informationage, better set up the concept of lifelong learning, how to promotestudents’ autonomous learning, improve the effect of autonomouslearning has become especially important.Moodle as a free open source course management system managementsystem and learning, teachers can set up the platform, making courses,students can on the platform of autonomous learning, discussion, etc.This study will be introduced to the Moodle platform high schoolinformation technology classroom teaching, used as auxiliary toolclass, explore the Moodle platform is influential effect on high schoolstudents’ autonomous learning, how to design the Moodle course willpromote the high school students’ autonomous learning effect.Based on the constructivism theory, cognitive development theory,activity theory as the theoretical basis, to foreign language middleschool affiliated to Shanghai normal university high (11) classes allstudents as experimental object, carried out nearly5months ofteaching experiment. Teaching experiment order: first establish the platform Moodl e beforethe first round of measurement (feedback)production, curriculum implementation, course—the second experiment(feedback) production, curriculum implementation, courses-after thetest. This paper completed the following studies:In the collection and study on Moodle platform and on the basisof autonomous learning and related academic literature, design aquestionnaire and interview schedule, activity plan. Combined with "Shanghai primaryand middle school information technology curriculum standard (trialdraft), the questionnaire feedback as a result, the interview feedbackresults, the experimental group, choose the appropriate teachingcontent and successively completed the course design of two unit.
