Adult education is a kind of new education form, in Beijing university in 1922, tao xingzhi advocated by CAI yuanpei developed. In th e country since the founding of new China, the rapid promotion, and gradually develop into adult higher education. But since the 21 st century, adult higher education appeared a series of problems: low grades of adult higher education; Study time is focus o n two times a year to carry on the face-to-face, teaching time is relatively short; Teaching process is also most formal, go through the motions; Each link of teaching are lax; Link is little and the practice ability in the experiment; Teachers of teachers is not high; The curriculum can’t adapt to the development of the adult. The emergence of these problems caused by low qualit y of adult higher education, but also makes the adult higher education began gradually atrophic, but can not also disappeared. In the face of dead adult higher education, we’ll think of some way to solve the current predicament. In this paper, starting from the problems of adult higher education in our country, mainly through to the adult higher education and axle to ordinary higher education, to make this(designed) of adult higher education to accept the regular education method of feasibility analysis, because the bank credits the emergence of this new type of teaching management mode, and most of the colleges and universities have implemented the credit system, which makes the adult higher education and ordinary higher education system was feasible.In this paper, based on the perspective of management science and pedagogy theory study, using literature research and theoretical analysis method of combining the two, the lifelong education theory, education equity theory, learning theory of freedom, and the theory of demand analysis to construct the theoretical basis, provide theoretical guidance for this article. This article USES th e interview method and existing problems from the present situation of our country adult higher education and the analysis of the basic situation of Inner Mongolia normal university adult education research, but also draw lessons from the savings Banks ope rating mechanism, mechanism of credit bank deposit points and the mechanism were discussed, analyzed our country adult higher education and ordinary higher education system is feasible. This paper will be divided into six parts: the first part of the introduction to the writing of this paper. The second part USES the literature analysis of related concepts and theoretical basis is discussed. The third part is the current situation of adult higher education of our country and existing problems, and through the interview method, the essay discusses the basic situation of Inner Mongolia normal university. The fourth part describes the current our country ordinary institutions of higher education and adult education field of higher education, the relationship be tween the two and the characteristics, structure and characteristics of adult higher education has carried on the comprehensive analysis, think that adult higher education in the process of growth of a variety of difficulties and problems through the application for credit bank to solve this kind of new teaching management mode. The fifth part expounds the characteristics of credit bank, foreign bank credits the experience and enlightenment to our country. The sixth part is our country adult higher education and ordinary higher education system of the feasibility analysis.
