Study of national local teaching thought compare with the nowadays by theory researchers is in hot pursuit of the new curriculum reform the practice research background, since few researchers to conduct in-depth mining and combine the background value representation. The author of this realistic context based on the contemporary education theory development in the Inner Mongolia, the representative in the minority areas of contemporary education theory research experts to conduct a case study about the teaching thought: JinZeng,(1930-2013), College of Education Science’s professor and master tutor in the Inner Mongolia Normal University, taught for decades, accumulated the rich line field of teaching experiences and theoretical achievements, many involved in the teaching reform of the basic education stage and test. Obtained abundant achievements in mathematics teaching activities, Chinese and other subjects of primary school teaching activities, relevant theoretical research by the Inner Mongolia area educational circles admiration. The theory of the logic of the system this paper from the teaching theory, based on the viewpoint of materialist philosophy of science, with JinZeng’s teaching ideology as the clue, interpretation teaching form, the Professor Jin on scientific thought of performance and its influence, reflects its modern value, the value of reproduction of with the times, make JinZeng’s teaching theory system as one of the classical representation of national area of local teaching thought, have further inherit and develop and grow.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part is an overview of the development status of the Professor Jin’s teaching life and the educational teaching field and background.The second part is mainly on the overview of scientific thinking on the formation of the Professor Jin’s teaching. Including through the combination of the background analysis of his teaching theory system produced the reason that has the scientific basis for the full.The third part is mainly discuss JinZeng’s teaching of scientific thought of performance, theoretical statements and summarize the multi angle perspective, the Professor Jin’s teaching theory system of the science of perfect and comprehensive.The fourth part is to show the influence of JinZeng’s teaching theory system of science, a complete interpretation science of gold to add teaching theory has important implications for the entire teaching activity and teaching theory level discipline development and conform to the education development of national and ethnic minority areas.The fifth part mainly is the assessment on scientific thought of JinZeng’s teaching, establish his teaching system as a national native teaching theory system is an important part of status, and how to better inherit and carry forward made a brief and clear explanation.
