Marx’s focus on labor issues has always permeated with a strong moral concern. In this paper, we will find the relationship between the labour ethics and corporate social responsibility for employees from a new perspective, to promote and look for ways of enterprises to fulfill social responsibility. The labour ethics is a new idea to research corporate social responsibility for employees. The labour ethics is a code of conduct and requirement between employers and employees. The labour ethics is a fact which is compared to “an invisible hand” on solving the conflict. Through the preliminary study, we find the relationship between the labour ethics and corporate social responsibility for employees, the profound meaning of the labour ethics rich the content of corporate social responsibility for employees. Corporate social responsibility for employees is a necessary practice of the labour ethics to safeguard the order of the labor cooperation. The paper consists of four parts:Part I:How to understand the content of the corporate social responsibility for employees from the perspective of labour ethics, in order to comprehensive understand the content of the corporate social responsibility for employees.Part II:Pay attention to the fulfillment of moral and legal responsibility, analysis of the performance that enterprises loss corporate social responsibility. Through a comprehensive combing labor legal system in our country find the legal imperfect.Part III:Mainly study the application method of labor ethics. Whether enterprises can fulfill their social responsibility or not is associated with the labour ethics turn into enterprise behavior consciously. The application methods of the labour ethics need to combine legal and moral.Part IV:Corporate social responsibility or employees need to pay attention to internal ethics system. Through internal ethical adjustment, improve the moral system of employees and establish reasonable rules and regulations and realize the enterprise ethics standardization. This paper focuses on the right system of working environment, improving the system of employee shareholding safeguard worker and rest holiday system, protecting spiritual survival benefit of employees to build the non-alienated labor relations.
