| In recent years,the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions have issued a series of policies aimed at strengthening the role of social work,especially that of trade unions,in intervening in corporate social responsibility,as well as prominent labor problems,which provides space and feasibility for the intervention of social work.At present,there are few social work research on social work involved in the practice of social responsibility of employees.From the perspective of ecosystem,trade union social workers interact to participate in the practice of social responsibility for employees.It is conducive to alleviate the problem of labor disputes and can enrich the practical research content of the social work of trade unions.Taking the "G" project of Guangzhou city as an example,the author will use action research method to study and use unstructured observation method and semi-structured interview method to collect research data.Under the guidance of ecosystem theory,combined with the concept of four levels of social responsibility of employees,the author creatively divided the content of the social responsibility of employees in various departments of the enterprise,and it explores the employee ecosystem of each practice level,analyzes the the countermeasures of the union social worker’ s intervention.This paper found that although the union social workers’ intervention has greater space to improve,but the whole intervention service is feasible and effective,it helps to improve the enterprise practice of the employee social responsibility and broaden the interaction channels between labor and capitalist.In addition,the author through practical research summarizes the "643" mode of union social work service,with "Six Linkage","Four Big Responsibility" and the "Three Stages" as the practical operation guide,to enhance the awareness of union social workers to integrate multiple resources when intervening in services.Finally,the author analyzes the problems and causes of the project,and according to the four systems of employees,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the intervention of trade union social workers in the practice of social responsibility of employees. |
