With the deepening of market-oriented reform in China's economy,the contradiction between the labor unit and the labor force on the market is increasing day by day.At the same time,there is an obvious gap between the dispatched employees and the regular employees of the employing units in the aspects of welfare and social security.Therefore,a series of problems of dispatched workers should be paid attention to by the society.Social work,from the perspective of helping others and helping themselves,can start from the macro and micro perspectives of society,plays an irreplaceable role in helping vulnerable groups and maintaining social order.Through the internship,the author came into contact with many dispatched employees.After talking with them,the author found that there was a big gap between the workplace welfare of a large number of dispatched employees and that of regular employees.As a result,the employees were not active in work,the dimission rate was high,and the interpersonal relationship was not harmonious.The author further uses questionnaire survey and interview to find that there is still a big gap between the dispatched employees and regular employees in terms of corporate welfare in X enterprise,especially in economic welfare.According to the further interview,the dispatched employees are particularly concerned about some economic benefits provided by the company.Secondly,they are concerned about a good working environment and working atmosphere.In.Addition,they also pay attention to the benefits of working hours.The welfare contents of X company are mostly economic,and there are relatively few contents of man-hour welfare and facility welfare.The main reasons for these problems are as follows:first,the dispatched employees are in a relatively weak position;second,the welfare system of the company is not perfect;third,the dispatched labor system lacks supervision.This study combines the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of social work,and with the support of the personnel department of the company,we send employees to increase their ability from three levels.That is,self-efficacy at the individual level and the promotion of a sense of power,the construction of social resources and social support networks at the interpersonal level,participation in social decision-making at the social level,expressing their own demands and striving for social equity,and designing six group activities to intervene.To create a relaxed environment,guide labor-dispatching employees to learn labor dispatching laws and regulations from three levels,help them understand the existing welfare content of Xenterprises and how to obtain these benefits,and on this basis.Assist enterprises to communicate with labor dispatching staff and help enterprises to improve welfare system.Therefore,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the welfare treatment of labor dispatching employees.It can also provide some references for similar or the same enterprises in the decision-making of reforming the employment system.At the same time,it can also play an auxiliary role in improving China's labor dispatch system.In addition,this research is helpful to alleviate the phenomenon of unfair social distribution,and it is also of great significance to the healthy development of society.
