The kindergarten activity area has been widespread attention in China since 1989. There are a lot of kindergarten has carried out a series of research in order to combine this education form with our country’s education purpose well. Now, the study of kindergarten activity area has paid off after a large number of pre-school education experts, scholars and front-line teachers have spent more than 20 years ‘ exploration, but there are still many unsatisfactory place. Kindergarten activity area is the activity which is emphasizes on children as the main body and teacher as the leading activities. But most of the teachers are simply copied the activity area of this form, and have no further analysis of the connotation of the activity area, leading to its education value is reduced greatly. So the author puts forward the "Research on Kindergarten area activities current situation——A case study of kindergarten A in Anshan” of this thesis.The author takes the kindergarten A in Anshan as an example to study and selects two classes in three age groups, a total of six classes.This study adopts the method of observation and interview to know the situation of activity area game. In this study, the author investigates goal setting of activity area, creation of environment, regulation and guidance of teachers, reflection of teachers and the expression of young children with the observation table. Based on the present situation, the author finds many problems exist in the kindergarten area activity, such as activity area games do not have dynamic, do not change materials as young children need, methods under the guidance of teachers is not correct, single assessment formal, content and so on. The study finds that the causes of problem are: the teacher did not grasp the essence of activity area game;the teacher lack of professional knowledge in terms of activity area game, the kindergarten lack of teachers training. Based on analysis of the cause of problem, I put forward suggestion from the following several aspects: The teachers should grasp the essence of the activity area game; improving the ability of teachers to create the environment;improving the teachers’ activity area games guidance ability; the kindergarten should strengthen the teachers’ training in terms of activity area game.
