Our new curriculum reform began in the 21st century has been implemented more than ten years, including curriculum evaluation reform basic education curriculum reform is becoming the focus and difficulty, how to optimize the evaluation of curriculum reform and promote the full implementation of scientific literacy has also been a research topics of international science education. The international community paid attention to the achievement degree of teaching goals, in order to effectively detect the achievement degree of teaching goals, it has been developed precise assessment tools, such as:TIMSS (Trends in International Mathematics and Science Education assessments), NAEP (National Assessment of Educational Progress), PISA (International Student Assessment). International evaluation indicators provided by these programs have a great impact on the international area, and the indicators have attracted the attention of people throughout the world. At the same time, they also represent the international advanced level of the assessments to stutents. Our evaluation reforms are gradually improving, analyzing our scientific literacy assessment tools drawing the project indicators provided by international evaluation project.Based on the analysis of the three scientific literacy assessment projects (PISA, NAEP, TIMSS) which have broad impact on the international, and analyzes feature of the three scientific literacy assessment project to evaluate the characteristics of scientific literacy, determine the chemical analysis of the College Entrance Examination for scientific literacy perspective of investigation, lead to analyse the process of the entrance of chemical open questions. When analyzing our college chemical entrance examination questions, this paper take a combination of vertical and horizontal analysis, the objective papers longitudinal analysis can be seen from its new course reform, China’s chemical part of the entrance examination of scientific literacy was gradually improving, through the of study of various dimensions was able to examine the direction of improvement:If the problems were fused in scenario dimension, the scenario dimension will be more meaningful; the process dimension can become hidden inspection into visits dominant inspection, add the validation process of scientific inquiry and problem investigation, and the student’s thought process was studied; you can add some dimension dominant to attitude dimension study, so that students can properly make the right choices in the process of independent confirmation of how to deal with the problem and not just for students to experience the power of science; if the Knowledge Dimension mixed with other disciplinary investigation, the real comprehensive examination questions will solve more problems in society and life, and students will learn to practical use.
