Under the background of globalization and economization, countries’ comprehensive national strength competition are embodied in the competition of talent, talent cultivation depends on the student science cultivated manners to promote comprehensive, so how to effectively evaluate scientific literacy is the hot issues in today’s world education evaluation. At present, the main problems existing in the scientific teaching evaluation are: although put forward the knowledge and skills, process and methods, emotional attitudes and values of the three-dimensional teaching goals, but for more than3dimension target completion of evaluation methods and lack of system standards; Still heavy basic knowledge in measurement of measuring and despise ability; Evaluation pay attention to the function of screening and selection and less focus on evaluation of promotion and incentive function; Scores become the goal of the students, and the lack of good learning motivation.According to the above problem, this paper adopted the method of literature analysis, international student assessment project found PISA scientific literacy assessment of some typical features:PISA scientific literacy assessment the theoretical framework of science and rigorous, dry topic design focuses on life situation, the topic design and flexible, specific sampling, etc. Framework of the operation process is specification and proper, with analysis on the results of objectivity and comparability. Because of the above characteristics, making the PISA scientific literacy assessment becomes a system evaluation method, has high international influence. And then combined with the current status of scientific teaching evaluation in our country, the comparative research method was adopted, in the sample questions of PISA scientific literacy assessment and scientific examination titled examples, analysis and comparison between scientific literacy assessment in China and the PISA test, get to improve our country foundation education student evaluation system, the renewal education evaluation content, expand education evaluation dimensions of beneficial enlightenment.Through the above analysis can draw enlightenment on scientific teaching evaluation in our country:(1) update the evaluation concept, based on student’s lifelong development;(2) enrich the evaluation content, focus on life situation;(3) detailed evaluation standard, pay attention to students’ thinking process. |
