Today, learning difficulties in school education is a widespread problem. Learning difficulties, hindered the comprehensive and healthy development of the students, to the development of education has some obstacles and is related to the quality-oriented and educational equity. Maths-learning permeated with the cultivation of students’ thinking ability, and provide ways of thinking and is a learning tool for other subjects, students’ math ability impacts on the related subjects study. Because of this, our country has always put mathematics education in a great importance, and maths is positioned as the basis and important subject and require students study maths well. But high school students’mats learning is worrying. In high school maths classes, we have many students with weak basis and poor quality of maths. They think maths is too abstract, boring and difficulty to learn. Thus they lack maths-learning enthusiasm, and gradually develop into a high school maths-learning difficulties student. Everyone can get the necessary math, different people get different development in mathematics, to maximize the level of development of different academic students, including students with learning difficulties develop scholastic ability. Therefore, the study of the causes and transformation of high school math students with learning difficulties is to implement quality education and the needs of the new curriculum reform, it is also an urgent task for educators.In this paper, firstly we review recent study of our country and abroad about the maths study difficulties. In reference to the extensive literature, the paper describes the background, study’s significance and our country and abroad current research. After this, author define the meaning of learning difficulties. Secondly, the author begins the study from the reality of students, according to the theory related to learning difficulties at home and abroad, referring to psychology, on the part of a few learning maths difficulties students and their maths teachers from four high schools in Jilin province by the questionnaire and interview, and analysis the factors of teachers who caused the students’ learning difficulties, including teachers’professional quality, teachers’maths quality, teachers’ teaching, and the communication between teachers and students. Finally, based on the analysis of the causes, the author puts forward some corresponding strategy.Although the number of maths-learning difficulties students in our education and psychology has many research already, but for teachers in-depth study of factors is not much paper in the study to consider teachers’ professional quality development approach, proposed several sleepy high school generated due to the conversion factor of teacher policy. Of course, due to the constraints of the author and white body level surveys and experiments in education there is interference factors, this study has some shortcomings, I will continue to study in the future.
