The Analysis Of The Present Situation And Effect On The Sports Teaching In The College For The Aged In Wuhan Universities

On the basis of consulting a large number of documents, and on-the-spot investigation in many students of college for the aged in Wuhan university, this paper interviewed lots of older university students, by face to face to understand the current development of status quo and the teaching situation of Physical Education in aged University.At the same time,the writer had selectively investigated the 8 elderly universities of Wu Han university in a detailed questionnaire, and according to the basic situation of sports teaching in the 8 senior universities, the paper finally view the implementation of the Wuhan aged university sports teaching effects in different aspects.Research purpose:Through the construction of physical education teaching evaluation system of the elderly university to improve the sports teaching of senior colleges,to enhance the effectiveness of physical education,to improve the healthy development of the elders. It’s a good access to help the old people do exercise.And it’s an effective way to keep physical and mental health.Only in this way could the older be more productive to make retirement more meaningful for society.Research methods:Methods of literature; methods of Field survey; methods of questionnaire survey;Interview methods.The research conclusion:1.About the PE teachers’ basic situation in the elderly college,men and women teachers gender imbalance, female teachers vast account of the majority; Teachers’ age structure of polarization phenomenon; Teacher education assumes the trend of higher education; All part-time teachers, coaching fixed number of year is longer, high work enthusiasm; No training learning opportunities.2.About the student basic situation in the elderly college, the women students is three times that of male students; Students’ age distribution from 40-70- year- old is on the rise.Students were highly educated.Learning goals and select courses type diversification. Most of the students physical health is good.3. In the older university,on basic situation about administrators and management worker,there are most of the management personnel of long working life, pays a lot of attention to the management. Management system is not clear. Courses in sports are more,part of the sports courses have certain provisions on class size; Students have the high enthusiasm and high attendance.4.According to the actual situation to decide the college sports teaching plans and teaching content, it’s has comprehensive and diversity. Without strict examination way. Most of the sports venues are inadequate and insufficient equipment use.5.By comparison the basic situation in Wuhan university of the college sports teacher.Different gender students are learning different objective,due to the male and female are more attention to their health,they are more attention to physical exercise and enhanced physique.Different students curriculum comparison of gender preference, women students prefer dance classes, male students prefer chess classes and ball.6.Combined with the physical education teaching evaluation system.By four aspects to evaluation of the college sports teaching effect.There are the cultivation of sports teaching to the exercise habit, the influence of health, The mastering of sports-technology and health knowledge, and teaching satisfaction evaluation.
