For the rowing,athletes and coaches has been always plagued by sports injury.Sports injuries not only affect the athletes’ performance and delay the normal training program,but also exert a lot of psychological burden to athletes and it is harmful for the long-standing development of them.The System Of Functional Movement Screen (FMS) can locate the body’s gossamer place and even definite the injure position quickly.For example,it can detect our body’s symmetry,flexibility, stability and ability of control our body.Use this system can also find the hidden trouble of motion injure in our body and it is significant for the improvement of motion expression and sport achievement. This investigation use the system of FMS to test the women rowing athletes of Wuhan Institute Of Physical Education, analysis the results combine with the factors of age, BMI indexv different period of training and double sides of limb and try to explore the relation of them.This investigation will provide reference for the farther internal and external study of motion injure.This paper collects,arranges and analyzes the Functional Movement Screen test results and reach the conclusion with the methods of document research、measuring、 statistics and paralell analysis and here the ending:1.in seven individual event test results of open class women rowing athletes of wuhan institute of physical education we can find that they have good stability and flexibility in their shoulders generally.but the stability and flexibility of lower limbs and the stability of torso are not good enough.Once more we can find that the motion injury of these athletes centralize in shoulders and torso due to the amount of 0 score and lower limbs have least problem.we should pay our attention to the test of shoulder’s flexibility,there are six athletes catch 0 score and the others catch 3 score. This polarization prompt us to concern the problem of women rowing athletes’shoulder injury.2.The proliferation of age and weight may affect our body’s stability and flexibility.In the relationship between Functional Movement Screen score,age and BMI index we can find that the Functional Movement Screen score may rise in pace of the growth of age or the decrease of BMI indexThere are significant differences among the total score,deep squat test,single leg hurdle test and straight arrow step test with the athletes in different period of training.In total the result of Functional Movement Screen may rise in pace of the growth of the period of training.3.in five test with double sides of limbs,only the result of single leg hurdle test have a obvious difference between left side and right side.This event show that the athletes who participate the test have a obvious different level of flexibility in each side of pelvis and legs.
