| In past year, the State Council promulgated “Opinions on Accelerating the development of sports industry to promote sports consumption”, indicating that the sports industry are about to enter into the golden period of rapid development, and it has become a new growing point and one of the pillar industries of the our national economy. However, it is undeniable that there still exist some problems such as unbalance of industry structure and low level of development, which will limit the subsequent development if they are not handle with care. From the perspective of resource integration, this paper revealed the main factors affecting the transformation and upgrading of sports industry, and put forward the dynamic factors and the overall orientation for resource integration. This paper enriched the theoretical system of sports industry and contributed to promoting the development of sports industry.This paper used of literature consultation, comparative study, questionnaire and mathematical statistics methods. This paper analyzed the main issue exists in current sports industry by comparing the current situation of Chinese and foreign structure of sports industry. And the author came to the conclusion that the sports industry of our country is in a preparation stage of transformation and upgrading, we can not meet people’s growing sports demands unless we constantly adjusting the structure of sports industry. Besides, as the primary pathway to enhance core competence of industries, the resource integration has become to the key modulator for optimization and upgrading of sports industry. Then conclude that there are many problems exist in current sport industry resource, such as serious industry dispersion and segmentation, low level of marketization, bad resource mobility and shortage in high-end resource. The author also constructed the dynamic mechanism for resource integration mentioned as “taking the market mechanism as core, taking government guidance as powerful force, taking cultural concepts as power-assisted”. Besides, the author also puts forward the general direction of resource integration in sports industry, as “achieving the marketization of sports resource, enhancing the use efficiency of industry resource, revitalizing the stock of resource, establishing sports industry structure dominated by ontology industry, enhancing the industry’s comprehensive competitiveness and added value, perfecting the sports industrial chain, creating a new business model, and finally realizing the coordinated development between economic and social benefits of sports industry”.the author makes clear the effects of market, government and culture on resource integration of sports industry, and suggests that we must determine the decisive role of market in allocation of resources, playing the proper role of market mechanism in the balance between supply and demand, while government must down-regulate it’s role in allocation of resource instead by positively establishing the access system, supporting-policies, perfecting laws, regulations and industry standards. But the dynamic mechanism only demonstrated at the theoretical level, late research will use the data to verify the actual dynamic factors and dynamic mechanism. |
