Based On The Resource Perspective Of Xi’an Sports Industry Resource Integration Countermeasure Research

In the country and the support of the government,expanding China’s physical strength,the sports industry has entered a golden stage of development,coupled with the sports industry has its own broad coverage,strong economic driving ability,low energy consumption and high added value of resources but unique advantages,makes the sports industry in China’s national economy has become more and more important,has become "the most vigorous industry" represents one of the.Although China’s sports industry has been given a "pillar industry","new economic growth point" to describe,but behind it there is still a big problem,for example,the development of the industrial structure is not reasonable,and not suitable for the market economy,the integration of resources is not in place,and these problems will greatly restrict the sustainable development of China’s sports industry.Although China’s sports industry has been given a "pillar industry","new economic growth point" to describe,but behind it there is still a big problem,for example,the development of the industrial structure is not reasonable,and not suitable for the market economy,the integration of resources is not in place,and these problems will greatly restrict the sustainable development of China’s sports industry.This research uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and interviews,through the literature review and summary,resource recognition ability,ability to obtain resources,the allocation of resources and the integration of internal resources and external resources and ability to link 5 aspects of in-depth discussion and existing problems of Xi’an city sports industry resource integration status.The results indicated that Xi’an sports industry resource integration is not ideal,the existence of sports industry structure is not reasonable,the agglomeration of smaller,the overall quality is not high,the sports industry market is not fully developed,enterprise resource identification ability,resource acquisition,single channel and resource integration effect is poor and other obvious problems,excellent configuration the construction of Xi’an city sports industry resources,good orientation of the sports industry to achieve the integration of resources,this study proposed the following Countermeasures: one is to optimize the layout of Xi’an’s sports industry,improve the structure of sports industry;two is to accelerate the development of Xi’an sports industry market process;the three is to improve the competitiveness of Xi’an sports industry and the added value;the four is to create external conditions for the development of sports industry in Xi’an.
