Nanjing Institute of Physical Education(Social Sciences), 2007, 03: 7-10]],Chinese traditional sports health is exercise with Chinese characteristics, it is dynamic and static, dynamic support to mainly focus on their own harmony, unity of mind and body, is a conscious body movement with self-cultivation of sports movement.Traditional sports health is being affected by different historical stages regimen of thought and body movement heritage, generations of national characteristics, culture.Over the years, my fitness activities made remarkable achievements, but also appeared a number of problems to be solved:(1) Fitness consciousness. The presence of certain people’s awareness of fitness misunderstanding, most people think that in order to participate in sports competitions. The purpose of competitive sports is to get good results in the game, and fitness is based enhance people’s health, for the purpose of improving health;(2) the lack of space and fitness equipment. Some stadiums are not fully open to the masses, so that the low utilization rate of venues, most people can not exercise at these sites. Residents of the community being damaged gym equipment did not get Buxiu Moreover explain some of the lack of necessary equipment, not a good use;(3) the fitness of most sports project requires a certain motor skills, and the need for site-specific;(4) fitness is more focused on young people, but many young people think should exercise care in the elderly. He stressed that "internally and externally, Heaven,body and spirit were raised", required to follow the natural, human, social harmony, will help improve people’s health awareness, cultivate a good sense of competition;Traditional Health no special site requirements, indoor and outdoor, standing sitting can exercise; it is simple and easy to practice exercises, when practitioners need to be gradual and sustained, only bear fruit; Chinese traditional sports health, exercise at the same time, it is the psychological adjustment training inner essence, ease the pressure,fatigue, exercise its power law vary, not only for the elderly, also for young people also have a good fitness regimen results.In this paper summarizes, literature, expert interviews and other describes the relationship between the Chinese traditional sport health and fitness, and then in the field of vision of the significance of fitness and health of Chinese traditional sports, the modern value were discussed. Chinese traditional sports health and fitness fit to change the concept of people’s health, traditional sports health reflects the value of the times,for a lifetime sport, lifelong health is of great significance, and better promote the development of a harmonious society.
