Objective: To investigate the hearing disability middle school students’ mental health status of Xinjiang, analyses the main problems of mental health and reasons, and put forward reasonable Suggestions. Methods: With SCL-90self-reported symptoms scale in Xinjiang four special schools, 211 middle school students’ mental health investigation hearing disability. Results: 1) The hearing disability in xinjiang overall detection rate of40.28% of middle school students’ mental health problems, problems mainly displays in:interpersonal sensitive rate(41.71%), paranoid rate(40.76%) and other factors; 2)Students’ mental health level of different gender differences had no statistical significance(P > 0.05); 3) Don’t classmate of students mental health level difference was statistically significant(P≤ 0.01), the junior middle school students’ psychological health level is higher than high school students; 4)Han and uygur students’ psychological health level differences had no statistical significance(P > 0.05); 5) students with different levels of disability mental health differences had no statistical significance(P > 0.05); 6) Different schools on students psychological health level in the total points difference was statistically significant(P≤ 0.01), southern xinjiang higher special education school students mental health level of northern xinjiang; 7) Different parents relationship harmony degree there was no significant difference on students psychological health level of significance(P > 0.05); 8) With his father’s parent-child relationships between students and the amount of tension with his father’s parent-child students table points difference has no statistical significance(P > 0.05), with her mother parent-child relationships between students and the amount of parent-child relationship with her mother nervous students table points difference was statistically significant(P ≤0.05), parent-child relationship with her mother on the students’ psychological health level than the parent-child relationship with her mother of the students’ psychological health level is high. Conclusion: Xinjiangoverall mental health status of hearing disability student level is low, is not optimistic,suggest a personal attention, schools, parent participation, social support measures,improve the level of mental health.
