Private preschool education is an important part of preschool education in our country, along with our country reform of kindergarten gradually thorough, the rapid development of private kindergartens have mushroomed. Visible country attaches great importance to the development of the private kindergarten. At present, the private kindergarten occupies the half of preschool education in our country, the private kindergarten education quality is directly related to the overall quality of the preschool education in our country,the private kindergarten teachers’ quality is directly related to the quality of education of the preschool education in our country. According to statistics, private kindergartens in Baotou account for 66% of the total number of kindergarten, Dohe is old industrial area in Baotou, It is the main private kindergarten on kindergarten, private kindergartens of development has created a large private kindergarten teachers, become an important part of kindergarten teachers, they work together with the public kindergarten teachers shoulder the sacred mission to cultivate the new generation. The development of private kindergarten in Dohe, increases the education investment, widen the way of kindergarten, for the majority of a child receives its early education provides more opportunities, alleviate the government for the lack of investment in early childhood education career to meet the needs of the parents. However, due to the policy, system and management, and other aspects of reasons, makes the private kindergarten in the process of development is facing many problems, among them, the teachers troop is not stable, serious problems such as teacher losing are main problems of private kindergarten.This research mainly adopts literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview and other research methods, analyzed the preschool teacher churn rate of private kindergartens in almost three years, the loss of preschool teachers’ personal basic situation, including age, culture level, school age and living conditions, through the analysis of the present situation of the loss of private kindergarten teachers, studied the impact of the loss of preschool teachers. On the basis of a large number of empirical research, analyze the reasons of the loss of private kindergarten teachers are: from the point of social factors, low salary and welfare treatment; the corresponding social rights can not get due protection; social prestige is generally low; the kindergarten loopholes in management mode. From the point of individual factors, mainly include preschool teachers’ professional ideal; the lack of professional accomplishment; high pressure.According to the reasons, put forward the countermeasures for stable private kindergarten teachers: from the point of the government, improve the private kindergarten teachers’ salary and welfare benefits; protect the legitimate rights and interests of private kindergarten teachers; Improve the social prestige of private kindergarten. From the point of the kindergarten,reasonable planning private kindergarten management mode; attaching great importance to the private kindergarten teachers’ professional development. From the point of kindergarten teachers, setting up the correct occupational values; improving their professional level.
