The professional development level of kindergarten teachers is the key factor affecting the quality of preschool education and the overall development of children.Improving the professional development of rural private kindergarten teachers is an important means to promote the quality of rural preschool education.With the advent of the second child era,public kindergartens have been unable to meet the needs of society.The rise of private kindergartens has filled the vacancy of public kindergartens.However,the shortage of kindergarten teachers and the low quality have become the bottleneck restricting the development of private kindergartens.The relevant literature and data show that the rural basic education in Northern Anhui is weak,and the development of pre-school education is relatively lagging behind.Based on the professional standards for kindergarten teachers(Trial)(hereinafter referred to as "professional standards"),combined with the external factors that affect the professional development of teachers,this study takes the current situation of the professional development of private kindergartens in rural areas as the research object,and uses questionnaire survey and interview from five dimensions of professional concept and ethics,development awareness,professional knowledge,professional ability,external support On the development of empirical research.Through the descriptive statistical analysis and one-way ANOVA statistical processing of 426 questionnaires collected,and combined with the interview results,the paper holds that the professional development of rural private kindergarten teachers in Northern Anhui is uneven and the overall quality is not high,which is mainly reflected in the number of non professional and non teacher qualificationteachers,the irregular management of village parks,the professional and scientific teaching behavior of teachers Weak and insufficient development support.Through the attribution of the influencing factors of teachers' professional development,it is found that it includes not only the internal factors such as the bad professional concept and morality,the weak professional knowledge and ability,and the weak development consciousness,but also the external factors such as the nonstandard kindergarten management,the lack of teachers' training opportunities and the lack of external support.Finally,in view of the problems of development,combined with the relevant influencing factors and referring to the research of other scholars,this paper attempts to improve the teachers' professional ethics,development awareness and professional theory,as well as the kindergarten environment atmosphere shaping,management system upgrading,kindergarten based training mode updating,government level policy support strengthening,supervision and management mode innovation,providing on-the-job training opportunities,etc The optimization strategy is put forward.
