In March 2020,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the "opinions on comprehensively strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Primary and Secondary Schools in the New era".Labor education is rapidly reflected into the field of vision of the public,and has aroused continuous concern from all walks of life.Through the search of knowledge net and consulting literature and books,it is found that there is a serious lack of labor education in the stage of preschool education,which only stays in slogans,documents and policies,and does not really take root in the daily teaching activities of kindergarten teachers.Therefore,this study investigates the current situation of the concept of labor education of kindergarten teachers in Hotan City,to Find the reasons for the current situation and actively explore the problems caused by the reasons and then put forward the corresponding effective strategies and suggestions.This study investigates and analyzes the current situation of kindergarten teachers' view of labor education through the methods of literature investigation,text analysis and interview.this study compiled the interview outline of Kindergarten Teachers' Labor Education View and the interview outline of Kindergarten Teachers' Labor Education at the Management level.Under the inspiration of relevant theories and the interpretation of national education policy,we extract and analyze kindergarten teachers' view of labor education and pay attention to the practical needs of kindergarten teachers,and work out the structure of kindergarten teachers' concept of labor education.the results show that labor education requires kindergarten teachers to have the value orientation of labor education view,the knowledge and skills of labor education view and the comprehensive ability of labor education view.Kindergarten teachers' concept of labor education can better meet the requirements of labor education for teachers' professional development at the present stage.And on the basis of appropriate comparison,the management and front-line kindergarten teachers of exemplary kindergartens,public kindergartens and private kindergartens were interviewed in depth to analyze and understand the current situation of kindergarten teachers' view of labor education.The results show that kindergarten teachers generally attach little importance to labor education;the management's attention to labor education will directly affect the attitude of kindergarten teachers;most teachers have an one-sided understanding of labor education;teachers' view of labor education will directly affect children's attitude towards labor;most teachers only know about labor education but do not carry out education.Kindergarten teachers' view of labor education is affected by comprehensive factors.Summary and analysis of the problems are discussed from the aspects of kindergarten teachers themselves and external reality.Based on the analysis of the research results,it is suggested to explore the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the concept of labor education of kindergarten teachers from the perspectives of the government,kindergartens and kindergarten teachers themselves.
