Education plays a basic role in the development of human beings and good education can add impetus to the growth of human beings.The level of teachers’ professional development is the key factor to determine the overall quality of education in China.With the acceleration of urbanization and the arrival of the second child era,China ushered in a new situation in 2019,thus exacerbating the difficult admission in urban and rural areas.The number of kindergartens and corresponding supporting facilities and preschool teachers need to be solved urgently.Preschool education,as the key link of early childhood education,has received more and more attention and support.At present,public kindergartens can no longer meet the needs of society.The rise of private kindergartens has filled the vacancy of public kindergartens,but the professional development of teachers has become a bottleneck restricting the development of private kindergartens.The quality of education and the success of educational reform depend on the development of teachers’ specialty.With the progress of society and the development of education,it has become an important content of current and future social development to put rural education in the prior position,and to run preschool education well and to improve the overall level of preschool education teachers.By means of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper studies the situation of teachers in rural kindergartens in D county of Anhui Province,and compares the situation of teachers in rural private kindergartens and public kindergartens.It is found that teachers in rural private kindergartens are weak in professionalism,and overall quality is low.The mobility is large but the quantity is small.And they usually lack of external support and difficult in survival.The author divides the problems in teachers &apes;professional development into professional concept,professional knowledge and professional ability,professional develo pment consciousness,and other four aspects of external support,through the cause analysis of the government,society,kindergarten,teachers themselves,and according to the analysi s of the problems of teachers&apes;professional development.The author believes that the professional development of teachers in rural private kindergartens needs the joint efforts of the government,society,kindergartens and teachers themselves to make progress.Only i n this way can we effectively build China into a modern education power and promote the development of rural revitalization.
