11,10 year old children are in the critical period of life, is the enlightenment stage of the concept, values and the world outlook, but also the golden period of childhood psychological development. In this stage, growth environment profoundly affects children "s cognition of the surroundings. Therefore, parents and organizations should be combined with the children’s physical and mental plasticity strong characteristics of the development, consciously and gradually develop children should have a variety of survivability, including students living self-care, active learning and interpersonal ability, which for children’s mental development and growth has double value. From this, the author will target 10,11 year old children, and the only object of this article group.Yanbian Korea autonomous region is chaozu long living place, and Yanji City as a regional political and economic capital, is a Korean Chinese nationality inhabited city. Among them, chaozu population accounted for about 58% of the total urban population. Because of the national policy on protection and chaozu men and women choose to study in South Korea for workers of ethnic minorities, Korean better inherited the nation’s own unique customs and culture. And it is due to the difference between national customs and language and culture, now stage chaozu children and Han children still their own studying in the schools for the minority, to the national language is the main communication tool, learn their own culture, exchanges between different ethnic groups of children’s interpersonal interaction that there is some visible.According to the characteristics of the development of children in Yanji,10 children of Y community in city were selected.. After communication with the departments concerned, the main items of the project were mainly based on the questionnaire survey, individual interview and group work method.. Through individual interviews and questionnaire data collection and feedback, differences of Korean and Chinese children are summarized in this paper. To understand the actual situation of the two families of children, according to research; access to the relevant literature thought of social work theory, the professional knowledge and methods of social work into North Korea Han children ethnic interaction project; and in the specific operation, contact the actual situation, the use of group of science to guide practice, and constantly in a timely manner, try to solve toward the practical problems of Chinese children’s interactive; finally carries on the comprehensive analysis, seeking to achieve the purpose of the present study is the best way to.
