Practical Exploration On Development Group Work Interferes In Flowing Adolescents’ Peer Interaction Problems

The flowing adolescents is a special group which produced during the period of social transformation, their growth and development deserves attention and value from all walks of life. As the main reference groups of adolescents, the influence of peer group is the largest. Therefore, from the practical level study of adolescents ′peer interaction problem is necessary.We take Shenzhen H community teenagers as the research object, through observation and investigation, We found that the main problems of the immigrated adolescents is cognitive performance,low degree of self-acceptance, lack of interaction skills, narrow range, exchanges the initiative consciousness is not strong.Based on the reference group theory, ecological system theory and social theory, we analyzing the influencing factors, and use group working methods for practical intervention. The early stage of the study by observation and interview to understand the demand of the service object; Mid with specific field intervention group activities, and timely assessment; Finally, through summarizing and evaluating change after the group activities and the change of the whole team to grow, effect analysis activities and need improvements.Combined with practical process and the group activities and evaluation, we found that adolescents peer relationship problems in the process of group gradually improve, interpersonal confidence boost, active exchanges consciousness enhancement, way of helping each other in the group have a certain degree of recognition, especially along with the in-depth development of group activities, they realize the importance of harmonious peer interaction. Therefore, one of the main conclusions of this study is to group work in the flow of adolescents peer relations have achieved good effect, peer mutual aid in the process of the development of growth group has to significance.
