With the constant development of the touch screen mobile phone and network, the traditional PC platform, from which the information is generally obtained, has been gradually replaced by the mobile phone, where the information browsing can be performed anytime and anywhere, and the developments of a variety of applications(APP) have sprung up in endlessly. Thus, as a model of learning, the mobile learning is generated based on this background. However, the constructions of many mobile learning platforms are based on the simplification or simple copy of the functions of the traditional PC learning platforms or on the step-by-step transplantation according to the distribution of the textbook knowledge, and the characteristics of the mobile learning platform and the operation experience are not considered, resulting in the losing of the learner’s interest on learning the knowledge from the learning platform. According to this phenomenon, from the point of view of learner’s experience, how to get the best learning experience and then to get the best learning effect in the process of learning is studied based on the experience learning theory, and then, the support service platform of the experience learning is designed and developed.The support service platform of the experience learning is the product of experience learning theory. Through analyzing the experience economics, its core concept, paying attention to consumer’s experience, is transplanted into the education and teaching to perform the design and development of the teaching products according to the learner’s experience in physiology and heart. Firstly, by studying the background and overseas and domestic research status of the experience learning theory, the research content and the significance of this paper are determined. Then, based on the relative concept and theory of the experience learning, the difference between the experience learning theory presented in this paper and the traditional experience learning theory is discussed. Lastly, the questionnaire is performed to summarize the learning habits of many learners using mobile platforms during the learning activities. According to the result of the investigation, the structure and the details of the man-machine interaction in the Android Platform are analyzed. Based on the theory and analysis mentioned above, the design principle, function module design and database design of the support service platform are discussed in this paper, and the support service platform of the experiencelearning is designed and developed using the development technology of mobile learning platform with the experience learning theory as the guiding ideology. This platform includes three modules and they are learning subsystem, teaching subsystem, and management subsystem, respectively. Due to space limitation, the learning subsystem is mainly focused on in this paper and it can be further divided into ten small function modules. The core modules include course classification learning, video learning, on-line answering, and so on. Through the above research analysis and software implementation, the experience testing for many learners is performed, and it is concluded that the support service platform based on the experience learning theory can greatly improve the learner’s learning effect.
