Plane geometry graphics can make the students feel the graphic beauty, to help students to understand the various kind of rich and colorful in real life, the formation of the concept of space. Graphic primary school stage of exposed to the area include:the area of a rectangle, square area, the area of a parallelogram, the area of a trapezoid, triangle area, the combination of graphics area, the area of a circle of the seven part. In "curriculum standard" classification content belongs to the "graphics and geometric" category, the area of a plane figure is "the key content in graphics and geometric". This part of the teaching objectives are:close contact with real life, through hands-on, the process of derivation to master a variety of graphic area formula, application of the formula correctly calculate the area of a plane figure, to solve the problems of life some simple about plane geometry graphics area, forming a from real life to mathematics knowledge back to the real life process.
